Shipping Policy
We ship exclusively through Canada Post (which is delivered in your country by your own mail service, i.e. US Postal Service if you are in the
USA, Royal Mail if you are in the U.K., Australia Post if in
Australia, and so forth). There are no
local pickups.
We ship twice weekly, and provide you with a shipping notice -
sent to the email address you give during the checkout process - on the day your item is sent. Shipping times are estimated during the checkout process by which shipping method you prefer.
Nothing is shipped over the weekend or on statutory holidays (when the post
office is closed!).
Depending on the method of shipping
chosen, you may receive either a real-time tracking number or an
online postage purchase confirmation number, as some shipping
methods do not include real-time tracking. All packages are usually
insured for loss or damage in transit.
